It is not a custom of mine to be accosted into offering feedback when purchasing a vehicle, but I think one can make exceptions to the rule.

The overall service and attention to detail was very efficient and friendly, which in turn made the changeover/ purchase run to clockwork.(One tick)

I also didn’t feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle which was a pleasant relief, and  all the staff I dealt with were only too happy to assist.(Two ticks)

The presentation of the vehicle was impressive also, and after purchasing the vehicle, I took it to my own personal mechanic-who, by the way, is a 4WD nut-and he gave it a thorough “going over” and his remarks were that this vehicle had been very well looked after. (Three ticks)

In summary, it is one of the best vehicles I have purchased in my 56 years. I am extremely happy with it, and would have no hesitation returning to you blokes for another 4WD vehicle, and neither would I have any hesitation recommending you to anyone.

I want to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful experience we had purchasing our Toyota Landcruiser. As you know we’d been looking for very specific criteria and after a few emails and telephone conversations, we determined that you had exactly what we wanted. You and your staff were very helpful and answered all our questions about the vehicle before we committed to drive to Officer to see it.

Once we had a test drive, we knew this was the one we were looking for. Your Next Car made the whole transaction so quick and painless; you even gave us a great deal on our Statesman so we didn’t have that stress in our lives!

It has been six months now with our Landcruiser and we’ve enjoyed adding our personality to it. We had the windows tinted to spare us from some of the Aussie sun. We put a Kaymar tire holder on the back, always be prepared. And for Christmas we had a new CB radio installed. It got us through all of our holiday visits in comfort and style and we had plenty of room for gear and presents in the back. Some of our friends commented on the new car smell and couldn’t believe it is as mature as it is. It is in meticulous shape and not only makes us look good, but it makes Your Next Car look good when I tell folks where we got it.

The Nissan is going like a dream and is so easy to drive. There is good vision front and back (something we didn't enjoy with Commodore) and it is easy to park with the shorter wheel base and good power steering.

Although we were concerned about the high kilometres when we bought it, there is not a knock or rattle in it anywhere.

We were very appreciative of the way that YourNextCar handled the sale and we certainly have never dealt with any dealers in the past who have treated us so well. Usually we have been subjected to terrier-like attacks by determined salespeople who are very difficult to disengage from.

Many moons ago we looked at a FX Holden in a car yard in Nepean Rd. It was an ex cab with 300,000 miles on the clock. When the nearside front door was opened a large piece of the door sill had rusted away and one could look straight down to the ground. The doors were held shut on both sides with leather straps around the pillars and the general appearance was poor and out of curiosity we asked the salesman to start the engine.

We instantly vanished in a cloud of oil smoke until we screamed "Turn it off". Despite all this, the car still had book retail price on it and the killer was that the salesman asked if "we did our own work". On receiving an affirmative he said, "Well you'll soon be able to fix that with a bit of paint and filler."

We certainly would recommend YourNextCar to anybody.
